Title:	Zasnova skladišča na avtobusni postaji ljubljana

Abstract:	V diplomskem delu je prikazan problem skladiščenja na Avtobusni postaji Ljubljana. Skladiščni proces prtljage je pogosto neučinkovit proces, kar je opazno tudi na avtobusni postaji. To vpliva na dodatne stroške, kakor tudi na obremenitev zaposlenih v skladišču. Na začetku diplomskega dela so podane teoretične osnove, na katerih temelji diplomsko delo. V tem poglavju so opisani problem in cilji diplomskega dela. Predstavljene so omejitve ter metoda dela. Sledi opis Avtobusne postaje Ljubljana, njene naloge ter opis njene dejavnosti. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela je prikazano obstoječe stanje skladišča (garderobe) na Avtobusni postaji Ljubljana, ki ni ustreznih dimenzij ter ne vsebuje ustrezne tehnologije za zadovoljevanje potreb skladiščenja potniške prtljage. Sledi kritična analiza, s katero so bili prikazani problemi oziroma njihovi vzroki, kot tudi posledice le-teh. V drugem delu diplomskega dela so opisane predlagane rešitve z vzpostavitvijo novega skladišča. Prikazana je uporaba sistema upravljana skladišč (ang. warehouse management systems) ter skladiščnega sistema (ang. automated storage and retrieval system). Na koncu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni še izračuni pretočne zmogljivosti za različne dimenzije skladišča.

Title:	Design of a warehouse at the ljubljana bus station
Abstract:	The bachelor’s thesis presents the problem of storage at the Ljubljana Bus Station. The luggage storage process is often an inefficient process, which is also noticeable at the Ljubljana Bus Station. This affects the additional costs and the burden on the warehouse staff. At the beginning of the bachelor’s thesis, the theoretical bases on which the bachelor’s thesis is based are given. This chapter describes the problem and the goal of the bachelor’s thesis. The limitations and methods of work are presented. The following is a description of the Ljubljana Bus Station, its tasks, and its activities. The continuation of the bachelor’s thesis shows the existing condition of the warehouse (wardrobe) at the Ljubljana Bus Station, which does not have the appropriate dimensions and does not contain the appropriate technology to meet the needs of storage of passengers luggage. This is followed by a logistical analysis which presented the problems or their causes and their consequences. The second part of the bachelor’s thesis describes the proposed solutions with the establishment of a new warehouse. The use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Warehouse System (AS/RS) is shown. At the end of the bachelor’s thesis, the flow capacity calculations for different dimensions of warehouses are performed.
