Merska baterija je vsebovala štiri merske instrumente (DASS-21, WHO (5), CD-RISC in SSQ-6). Doživljanje blagostanja s simptomi depresivnosti, anksioznosti in stresa močno negativno korelira.

Title:The impact of the covid-19 pandemic: the role of resilience and social support in mental health of health care workers and their well-being
Abstract:The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a number of negative consequences, including a significant threat to the mental health of health care workers, who are among the most at risk. Mental health is one of the key components of overall health. The aim of our study was to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of health care workers and to test the association of psychological resilience and social support with psychological symptoms. The sample consisted of 154 employees in healthcare institutions across Slovenia. The measurement battery contained four measurement instruments (DASS-21, WHO (5), CD-RISC, and SSQ-6). The results showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, health care workers experience an increased prevalence of depressive, anxiety and stress symptoms, which, like the experience of well-being, do not differ significantly between genders. Fear of infection and workload have been shown to be significant predictors of depression, anxiety, stress, and well-being in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, while contact with infected patients is not a risk factor. Psychological resilience is significantly negatively associated with depression, anxiety and stress and positively associated with well-being, while social support is only partially associated. Well-being is strongly negatively correlated with depression, anxiety and stress.
