Abstract:	Osnovni namen naloge je prepoznati problem ter ga na podlagi teoretično možnih rešitev rešiti. V nalogi je osrednja tema je obvladovanje pošiljk na vhodu v izbrano podjetje. Proces obvladovanja pošiljk v izbranem podjetju trenutno ni optimalno obvladovan. V nalogi smo najprej preučili dejansko stanje v podjetju in izpostavili ključne točke problema. Stanje smo nato kritično analizirali ter na podlagi teorije predlagali rešitev, ki bo v praksi ustrezna za dosego zadanih ciljev, ki so: v osmih urah po prihodu sprejeti več kor 80 odstotkov prispelega blaga, povečanje produktivnosti ter pretočnosti prevzema in posledično zmanjšanje stroškov. Kot rešitev smo predlagali uporabo programskega orodja, ki omogoča upravljanje dvorišča in razkladalno-nakladalnih ploščadi, t.i. »dock and yard managament«. Uporaba tega orodja omogoča tako podjetju kot tudi njegovim dobaviteljem prihranke in celovit pregled nad napovedanimi prihodi pošiljk ter lažje in hitrejše planiranje delovne sile na vhodu. V zaključku smo v grobem predstavili implementacijo rešitve v podjetju.

Title:	Work with shipments at the entrance to the company at kemofarmacija d.d.
Abstract:	The very purpose of the diploma is to identify the problem and solve it on the basis of theoretically possible solutions. The main topic of the thesis is management of shipments at the entrance to the selected company. The shipment management process in the selected company is currently not optimally managed. During the work, we first examined the actual situation in the company and highlighted the key parts of the problem. We then critically analyzed the situation and, based on the theory, proposed a solution that would be appropriate in practice to achieve the pre-set goals, which are: receive more than 80 percent of the goods received within 8 hours, increase productivity and throughput and consequently reduce costs. As a solution, we proposed the use of a software tool for dock and yard management. The use of this tool enables the company, as well as its suppliers savings through a comprehensive overview of the announced arrivals of shipments, as well as easier and faster planning of the workforce at the entrance. In the end, we also roughly presented what the implementation of the solution in the company would look like.
