Abstract:	V magistrski nalogi so predstavljene tri teme, ki vplivajo na podobo in identiteto mesta Celje. Te so: 1) Povezovanje dveh bregov mesta Celje preko reke Savinje, ki je zaradi svoje hudourniške narave v zgodovini povezovanje onemogočala oz. otežila. Povezovanje dveh bregov predstavlja močan potencial povezovanja levega brega mesta in neposredne bližine starega mestnega jedra z zelenim rekreacijskim desnim bregom, kar lahko posledično povzroči njegov kvalitetnejši razvoj. V sklopu ureditve nabrežja vzpostavimo tudi novo prireditveno območje ob Savinji. 2) Ureditev parterja rešuje problematiko pretirane količine prometnih površin v neposredni bližini starega mestnega jedra Celja, ki je v vseh delih dneva nezapolnjeno, kar pomeni, da je parkirišče na prostem predimenzionirano. Parkirišča je mogoče nadomestiti v podzemni garažni hiši za potrebe mesta in programa, ki ga načrtujemo na obravnavani lokaciji. Dobro urejen parter bo lokacijo kvalitetno vpel v neposredno okolico obravnavanega območja in ureditev Savinjskega Nabrežja. 3) Postavitev dominante predstavlja prostorsko izjavo in poudarek, ki markira staro mestno jedro, obenem pa rešuje problematiko pomanjkanja stanovanj v mestu Celje. Rešitve obravnavanih tem v magistrskem delu se navezujejo tudi na zgodovino mesta Celje in rešujejo prostorske probleme, s katerimi se je mesto soočalo nekoč in danes.

Title:	Barbara of Celje and three bridges
Abstract:	The master’s thesis presents three topics that affect the image of Celje. Thus: 1) Connecting the two banks of the city of Celje across the Savinja River, which due to its torrential nature has historically made it impossible to connect or. aggravated. The connection of the two banks represents a strong potential of connecting the left bank of the city and the immediate vicinity of the old city center with the green recreational right bank, which can consequently affect its quality development. As part of the arrangement of the embankment, a new event area along the Savinja has also been established. 2) The arrangement of the ground floor solves the problem of an excessive amount of traffic in the immediate vicinity of the old town of Celje, which is unfilled in all parts of the day, which means that the outdoor parking lot is oversized. Parking can be replaced in underground garages for the needs of cities in the program we are planning at the site in question. A well-arranged ground floor will be of good quality directly in the vicinity of the area in question and will arrange the Savinjskio Nabrežje. 3) The placement of the dominant represents a spatial statement and emphasis that marks the old city center, while at the same time solving the problematic lack of housing in the city of Celje. The solutions of the topics discussed in the master’s thesis are also related to the historic city of Celje and solve the spatial problems that the city faced in the past.
