Abstract:	Podjetje Maksim Hudinja se ukvarja z oddajanjem poslovnih, skladiščnih, parkirnih in ostalih prostorov ter z izvajanjem logističnih storitev. Želijo si postati vodilno podjetje na Štajerskem oz. na severovzhodnem delu Slovenije v svoji panogi, zato si prizadevajo izboljšati ureditev logističnih površin lokacije svojega podjetja. Opravili smo posnetek stanja in ogled delovanja podjetja v različnih časovnih obdobjih, da bi s tem prišli do čim realnejše slike izvajanja posameznih aktivnosti. Posamezne dele lokacije smo podrobno opisali in predstavili, kaj se na posameznem delu izvaja. Znotraj tega smo se trudili prepoznati ozka grla, kritične točke in dejavnosti, ki ne prinašajo dodane vrednosti k storitvam podjetja. Opažene so bile problematične situacije, kot so ustavljanje na dovoznih poteh, napačna razvrščanja ob vhodu v podjetje, blokiranje površin s strani tovornih vozil, ustavljanje na površinah, ki naj bi bile ves čas proste in dostopne (požarni škropilnik (ang. sprinkler), transformatorska postaja, intervencijske površine), uničevanje asfaltnih površin zaradi ostrega obračanja težjih tovornih vozil in tudi zmeda pri čakanju na prosta raztovorna mesta oz. rampe, saj ni označenih parkirnih oz. čakalnih mest. Po kritični analizi delovanja podjetja in prepoznavi omenjenih problemov smo se osredotočili na iskanje optimalnih rešitev, ki bi omenjene situacije bodisi eliminirale bodisi omejile do te mere, da ne bi imele večjega vpliva na delovanje podjetja. V večji meri smo rešitve našli znotraj prometne ureditve, kot so označevanje transportnih poti, postavitev prometne signalizacije, načrtanje parkirnih in čakalnih mest za tovorna vozila ter parkirnih prostorov za osebna in kombinirana vozila. Z dodatno označenimi manipulacijskimi površinami ter pešpotmi pa bi le še dodatno pripomogli k ureditvi logističnih površin in obenem varnejšemu delovanju podjetja ter gibanju prisotnih.

Title:	Arrangement of logistics surfaces in the company Maksim Hudinja, d.o.o.
Abstract:	The company Maksim Hudinja is engaged in renting offices, warehouse facilities, parking spaces and providing logistics services. They want to become leading company in the Štajerska region or in the northeastern part of Slovenia in its industry. That is why they strive to improve their arrangement of logistics surfaces. We made a snapshot of existing situation and looked at the operation of the company in different time frames so we would get more realistic pictures of every activity that is carried out. We described each part of the company and presented what was done there. Within this, we have tried to identify bottlenecks, critical points and activities that do not add value to the company's services. We found some problematic situations, such as stopping on access roads, incorrect classifications at the entrace of the company, blocking of surfaces by trucks, stopping on surfaces that are supposed to be free and accessible all the time (sprinkler, transformer station, intervention surfaces), destruction of asphalt surfaces due to sharp turning of heavier trucks and also confusion when waiting for free unloading places or ramps as there are no marked parking or waiting spaces. After a critical analysis of the company's operations and the identification of these problems, we focused on finding optimal solutions that would either eliminate or limit these situations to the extent that they would not have a major impact on the company's operations. We found solutions to a greater extent within traffic regulation, such as marking transport routes, setting up traffic signs, planning parking and waiting spaces for trucks and parking spaces for cars and vans. With additionally marked manipulation areas and footpaths, we would only further contribute to the arrangement of logistics surfaces and at the same time safer operation of the company and the movement of those people who were present at the time.
