Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek nabave stroja v proizvodnjo podjetja Tech-Gum, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo izdelkov iz gume. Glavna funkcija stroja je brizganje gume ob visoko ustvarjenem tlaku in temperaturi. Nabava je sestavljena iz več korakov. Vsak korak je pomemben za končno uspešno vključitev stroja. Projekt se je začel z analizo trga prodajalcev strojev in izbiro najboljše ponudbe. Glavni cilj nabave stroja je bil modernizirat podjetje in povečati časovno učinkovitost proizvodnje.

Title:
Purchase and integration of a high- technological machine in to the company Tech-Gum d.o.o.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents the process of purchasing a machine in the production company Tech-Gum, which is engaged in the production of rubber products. The main function of the machine is to inject rubber at high pressure and temperature. Procurement consists of several steps. Each step is important for the final successful inclusion of the machine. The project began with an analysis of the machine retailer market and selecting the best offers. The main goal of purchasing the machine is to modernize the company and increase the time efficiency of production.
