Abstract:Aranđelovac in Bukovička banja imata tradicijo razvoja turizma že dve stoletji.

Title:The analysis of the tourist potential of the city of Aranđelovac and the development of suggestions for the improvement of the tourist offer
Abstract:Aranđelovac and Bukovicka Banja have a two-century tradition of tourism development. In addition to the natural resources of mineral water, clean air and a favorable climate, in the 19th and 20th centuries the state invested a lot in the arrangement of the spa and mineral springs and facilities located in it. In Aranđelovac there are natural sights: Bukovička banja park, which includes the Specialist Hospital for rehabilitation Bukovička Banja, Mount Bukulja, Lake Garaši, Risovača Cave as well as cultural and historical sights: the National Museum, the Knjaz Miloš Pavilion and the famous historical place, Orašac. Today, the tourist offer of Aranđelovac is diverse, but it is not at the level of development as it was in the past, when there were many more visitors. In addition to health, congress, cultural, hunting tourism, more attention should be paid to the sustainable development of tourism and direct Aranđelovac towards it. In the future, the most visited destinations will have a sustainable offer based on a clean environment, preserved and unpolluted nature with local cuisine, authentic and unique experiences, which tourists will be able to participate in, and learn about how the local population lives. The findings show that it is necessary to invest in tourism staff, to organize workshops for employee training in the field of digital marketing and other workshops where employees can receive additional training.
