Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali skladiščni proces v poslovalnici podjetja Schrack Technik d.o.o. Osredotočili smo se na glavne izzive v skladiščnih prostorih, analizirali obstoječe stanje ter identificirali vsakega izmed problemov, ter zanje predlagali rešitve/izboljšave. S kritično analizo smo preverili sedanje stanje procesa z vidika novega tlorisa skladišča. Z uvedbo čitalnika črtnih kod ter programa skladiščnega poslovanja smo zmanjšali prevzemne čase ter napake pri delu z zalogami. S preureditvijo skladiščnega prostora pa smo izboljšali preglednost nad tokom materiala in dosegli boljši izkoristek skladiščnega prostora.

Title:
Storage of electrical materials in the company Schrack Technik Hoče
Abstract:
In the diploma work we discussed the storage process in the branch of Schrack Technik d.o.o. We focused on the main challenges in the storage facilities, analyzed the existing situation and identified each of the problems, and proposed solutions / improvements for them. With a critical analysis, we checked the current state of the process in terms of the new floor plan of the warehouse. With the introduction of the bar code reader and the warehousing program, we reduced collection times and errors in working with stocks. By rearranging the storage space, we improved the transparency of the material flow and achieved better utilization of the storage space.
