Abstract:
Za uspešno in varno delo v operacijskih sobah je potrebno učinkovito timsko delo, kjer morajo sodelovati vsi člani operacijskega tima. S timskim delom je povezana kultura varnosti pacientov v operacijskih sobah in preprečevanje neželenih kirurških napak in poškodb. Namen zaključnega dela je bil pregledati in raziskati odnos zdravstvenih delavcev do timskega dela v povezavi s kulturo varnosti pacientov v operacijskih sobah.

Title:
Teamwork and safety culture in the operating rooms
Abstract:
Success in operating rooms requires effective teamwork, with all members of the surgical team working together. Teamwork is linked to a culture of patient safety in operating rooms and the prevention of unwanted surgical errors and injuries. The aim of this thesis was to review and explore the attitudes of healthcare professionals towards teamwork in relation to patient safety culture in operating rooms.
