Abstract:	V magistrskem delu smo raziskali in oblikovali idejno zasnovo implementacijskega orodja za implementacijo sistema za elektronsko predpisovanje in administracijo zdravil Better Meds podjetja Better d.o.o. Implementacijsko orodje je namenjeno projektni skupini v bolnišnicah, saj bi slednje podpiralo implementacijo z dodatno vsebino, orodji za projektno vodenje ter dokumentnimi predlogami. Mnogokrat projektno skupino v bolnišnici sestavlja klinično osebje, ki nima znanj in izkušenj s področja projektnega vodenja. Informacijski sistem za načrtovanje in sledenje implementacijskega sistema Better Meds bo z vsebino implementaciji, dokumentnimi predlogami ter možnostjo sodelovanja med različnimi deležniki v projektu pomagalo k enotnem vodenju projekta. Uporabniki bodo tako imeli možnost dostopa do projektne časovnice, lahko bodo sledili svojim projektnim nalogam ter jih ob zaključku označili kot zaključene. Na podlagi te informacije se bo izračunal napredek implementacije, brez da bi moral projektni vodja karkoli posodabljati. Da smo se razvoja idejne zasnove lahko lotili, smo najprej opredelili projektno vodenje ter informacijske sisteme, ki projektno vodenje podpirajo. Ogledali smo si tudi celovite informacijske rešitve ter implementacijske metodologije. Problem smo definirali tako, da smo opravili intervju z osebami, ki so sistem Better Meds že implementirale. Skozi intervjuje smo opazili, da se največ izzivov pojavlja prav pri spremljanju implementacije ter vodenju dokumentacije. Na podlagi definicije problema ter predhodno pridobljenega znanja smo nato izpeljali idejno zasnovo s pomočjo katere se lahko v prihodnosti ustvaril prototip. Pripravili smo tudi predloge naslednjih akcij, ki bodo sledile ob zaključku idejne zasnove.

Title:	Concept design for an electronic prescribing and medicine administration system implementation tool
Abstract:	In this thesis, we designed a concept for an implementation tool, which will support the implementation of electronic prescribing and medicines administration system Better Meds, Better d.o.o. The implementation tool is intended for hospital project teams, and it supports the implementation process with additional content, project management features and document templates. A project team at a hospital is often made up of clinical staff without project management skills. The implementation tool will help unify the project management with content on the implementation, document proposals and a possibility of cooperation between different stakeholders. Users will thus have the opportunity to access the project timeline, follow their project tasks and, based on the available information, mark them as completed. The implementation progress will be calculated automatically, and the data about the project will be available in real-time. To start the concept design, we first defined project management and information systems that support the project management process. We also looked at enterprise resource planning systems and their implementation methodology. We defined the problem by interviewing people who have already implemented the Better Meds system. Through interviews, we noticed that monitoring the implementation and management of documentation are the most challenging aspects. Defining the problem and using previously acquired knowledge, we carried out the conceptual design Better can use it to create a prototype and start the development. We also defined the necessary next steps after the concept design is finished.
