Abstract:Jabolka spadajo s stališča obremenjenosti z ostanki fitofarmacevtskih sredstev (FFS) med najbolj obremenjene kmetijske pridelke. V poskusu smo primerjali rezultate integrirane pridelave (IP) in 0.0R glede pojava škodljivih organizmov (ŠO), višine pridelka, ostankov aktivnih snovi in izgub pridelka zaradi glivičnih okužb v času skladiščenja.

Title:Testing a 0.0-residue Apple Production System to Reduce the Residue of Plant Protection Products on Apples
Abstract:Among agricultural products, apples are one of the most contaminated yields with plant protection product (PPP) residue. In 2020, an experiment at different locations in Slovenia was carried out where a 0.0-residue system (0.0R) of apple protection on different apple varieties was tested. This system can reduce residues of active ingredients of PPP considerably. In an experiment, results from an integrated produtcion (IP) programme and the 0.0R in terms of pest and disease control, yield amount, residues of active ingredients and storage losses were compared. In pest and disease control, and yield amount there were no significant differences between applying the systems – 0.0R was as effective as IP. A difference was found among residues of PPP, but it was variety dependant. With the variety 'Jonagold' there was a noticable reduction in residues of active ingredients in 0.0R, which also decreased the cumulative values of maximum residue levels (MRL) and the acute reference dose (ARfD). With 0.0R there was also an approximate 50 % reduction in cumulative MRL and ARfD values with the 'Golden delicious' variety. With the variety 'Fuji', the 0.0R system has decreased cumulative MRL and ARfD values for approxmately 30 % and number of residues of active ingredients for 50 %. With the 'Evelina' variety, the biggest difference in cumulative MRL and ARfD values between IP and 0.0R has been noted, but there was no difference in number of detected active ingredients. For the storage losses, there was no significant difference between IP and 0.0R in any variety. According to the results of the experiment it could be concluded, that efficiency of 0.0R can be as high or even higher than that of a standard IP system.
