Sistematično smo opredelili in klasificirali individualne, skupinske in skupne dejavnosti igralcev v fazi napada in obrambe.

Title:The structure of a handball game
Abstract:The thesis discusses the elements, from which the structure of the handball is comprised. The structure of the game itself can be divided into defensive phase and offensive phase. Defense is most often divided into personal defense, zone defense and combined defense. Individual, group and common activities of the players in the offensive and defensive phases are systematically defined and classified. In addition, offensive game plays on different zone defenses were also discussed. The focus was on the zone defense 6:0, because it is the most commonly used defense in modern handball. In view of such defense, the offense is described according to the number of players on the court; game 6:6 with a goalkeeper, 6:5, 7:6, briefly stating pros and cons of each offense. By discussing various offensive and defensive game plays, the findings in this thesis will simplify the entire planning of the players' learning and training in different age groups. Professional work will help different coaches, since it covers basic as well as complicated combinations. Among others things, the coaches will gain much more detailed insight into the structure of the game of handball itself. It is of great importance for the coaches to really get to know their players in order to position them on the most suitable spot for them, according to their skills and their capabilities, therefore adjusting the game’s combinatorics in offense as well as in defense.
