Podatki so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika (orodje 1ka). Uporabljeni sta bili lestvici pripravljenost na interprofesionalno izobraževanje (RIPLS) in pripravljenost na interprofesionalno izobraževanje (ELIQ). Podatki so bili analizirani z deskriptivno in inferenčno statistično metodo. Z vpeljavo interprofesionalnega izobraževanja bi pripomogli k razumevanju pomena sodelovanja v zdravstvu.

Title:Readiness for interprofessional collaboration and interprofessional education of healthcare student
Abstract:Introduction: Interprofessional collaboration is collaboration between different professions that together contribute to ensuring quality patient care. Good practice of interprofessional cooperation is characterized by the division of labor between professions and the establishment of a confidential, respectful and quality relationship between professionals in the clinical environment. Numerous studies report that health care students are prepared for interprofessional collaboration and interprofessional education. The purpose of this final work was to determine the attitude of health care students towards interprofessional cooperation and education. Methods: We used a quantitative research methodology. With the help of an online survey questionnaire (tool 1ka), we obtained data related to the selected topic. We used two scales: RIPLS (readiness for interprofessional education) and ELIQ (readiness for interprofessional education), and we used a descriptive and inference statistical method for data analysis. Results: We find that, on average, students of nursing, medicine and physiotherapy are willing to cooperate in moderate or mean level (x ̅ = 3.52; s = 0.62). There are statistical differences in willingness to participate (χ2 = 11,654, p = 0,003) and willingness ( χ2 = 9,425, p = 0,009) to educate among nursing, medical, and physiotherapy students. We also found that there are statistically significant differences in readiness for interprofessional collaboration between medical and nursing students (Z = –0.263, p < 0.001) and between medical and physiotherapy students (Z = –0.19, p = 0.006). Discussion and conclusion: The quality and comprehensive care of the patient in the clinical environment requires the cooperation of experts from various fields of health care. Future experts from various fields need to be prepared for participation during their studies. The introduction of interprofessional education would help to understand the importance of participation in healthcare.
