Abstract:
V nekaterih primerih je v sklopu zdravljenja potrebno opraviti operativni poseg. Zato morajo biti bolniki obravnavani po ustreznem perioperativnem protokolu, da zmanjšamo pooperativne zaplete in omogočimo čim krajšo hospitalizacijo. Najpomembnejše prednosti fast-track protokolov v primerjavi s klasičnim protokolom so skrajšanje časa hospitalizacije, zmanjšanje pooperativnega stresa in zdravstvenih stroškov. Za učinkovitost in doseganje dobrih rezultatov fast-track protokola moramo upoštevati vse faktorje, ki vplivajo na izid zdravljenja.

Title:
Comparison of perioperative nursing between the fast-track protocol and the classical protocol
Abstract:
In some cases, surgery is required as part of treatment. Therefore, patients should be treated according to an appropriate perioperative protocol to reduce postoperative complications and allow for the shortest possible hospitalization. The most important advantages of fast-track protocols compared to the classic protocol are shortening of hospitalization time, reduction of postoperative stress and reduction of medical costs. For the effectiveness and achievement of good results of the fast-track protocol, we must take into account all the factors that affect the outcome of treatment.
