Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo želeli prikazati priložnosti in izzive projektnega tovora v Sloveniji. Osredotočili smo se na zaznane težave pri organizaciji cestnega transporta projektnega tovora preko edinega slovenskega pristanišča v izbranem logističnem podjetju. V prvem delu smo podali teoretične osnove o projektnem tovoru. Predstavili in opisali smo transportne tehnologije in modalitete transporta projektnega tovora, značilnosti projektnega tovora in potrebno tehnično opremo ter infrastrukturo za izvajanje transportov tovrstnih tovorov. V osrednjem delu smo s pomočjo analize obstoječega stanja oz. študije primera transporta projektnega tovora preko Luke Koper kritično opisali zaznane probleme. Ugotovili smo, da bi problem pomanjkanja tehnične opreme za cestni transport projektnega tovora rešili z nakupom večosne modularne polprikolice/prikolice. Ugotovili smo tudi, da bi pristaniško dvigalo nosilnosti 150 ton ali več odpravilo številne omejitve na terminalu za generalne tovore. Prav tako smo podali številne predloge za reševanje problematike neprimerne cestne in pristaniške infrastrukture. Prišli smo do spoznanja, da so možnosti za uvedbo rešitev uresničljive, vendar zahtevajo velik finančni vložek. S pomočjo rezultatov izvedene ankete v podjetju Comark d. o. o. smo na koncu sprejeli teze, zastavljene na začetku diplomskega dela.

Title:	Study of opportunities and challenges of project cargo in Slovenia
Abstract:	In the diploma thesis we wanted to present the opportunities and challenges of project cargo in Slovenia. We focused on the known problems in the organization of road transport of project cargo in the given logistics company through the only Slovenian port. In the first part we provided the theoretical basis for the project cargo. We presented and described transport technologies and modalities of project cargo transport, characteristics of project cargo and the necessary technical equipment and infrastructure for the transport of such cargo. In the main part, we described the known problems in a critical way, with the help of the analysis of the existing situation and case study of project cargo transport through the Port of Koper. We found that the lack of technical equipment for road transport of project cargo would be solved by purchasing several axle modular semi-trailers / trailers. We also found that a port lift with a carrying capacity of 150 tons or more would remove a number of restrictions at the general cargo terminal. We also made several proposals to address the issue of inadequate road and port infrastructure. We have come to the realization that the possibilities for introducing given solutions are feasible but require a lot of financial investment. With the help of the survey conducted in the company Comark d.o.o. and the survey results we finally confirmed the theses set at the beginning of the diploma thesis.
