Abstract:	V diplomskem delu je obravnavano področje razdeljevanja računalniške opreme v izbrani ustanovi. V uvodnem delu smo opisali izbrano ustanovo, računalniško opremo, komponente računalnika ter predstavili teoretične osnove javnega naročanja, skladiščenja, popisa opreme in elektronskih odpadkov. Nadaljevali smo s praktičnim delom, kjer smo natančneje predstavili proces poteka razdeljevanja računalniške opreme od oddaje interne naročilnice, javnega razpisa, dobave, priklopa, odpisa ter odvoza odslužene računalniške opreme. Z vzročno-posledičnim diagramom smo ponazorili vzroke za neučinkovito porabo časa. Ugotovili smo, da so najvplivnejši razlog za neučinkovit proces transportne operacije. Pri analizi procesa smo spoznali, da je za izboljšanje potrebno prerazporediti zaposlene, ki bodo opravljali zgolj transportne operacije. Poleg tega pa smo odkrili neprimerne transportne poti, zamakanje ter vdore vode v skladišče. Glede na ugotovitve smo pripravili predloge rešitev, ki bi ustanovi v celoti ali vsaj delno omogočile odpravljanje neučinkovito porabljenega časa. Rešitve smo predstavili in jih dodatno razvrstili po prioritetni ravni, ki bi jo predlagali glede na ugotovitve.

Title:	Improving the process of the computer equipment distibution
Abstract:	The diploma thesis deals with the field of distribution of computer equipment in the selected institution. In the introductory part, we described the selected institution, computer equipment, computer components and presented the theoretical foundations of public procurement, storage, inventory of equipment and electronic waste. We continued with the practical part, where we presented in more detail the process of distribution of computer equipment from the submission of an internal order, public order, delivery, installation, write-off and removal of used computer equipment. We used a causal diagram to illustrate the reasons for inefficient use of time. We found that transport operations are the most influential reason for the inefficient process. In the analysis of the process, we realized that in order to improve, it is necessary to redeploy employees who will perform only transport operations. In addition, we detected unsuitable transport routes, leaks and water intrusions into the warehouse. Based on the findings, we have prepared proposals for solutions that would enable the company in whole or at least in part to eliminate inefficiently spent time. We presented the solutions and further classified them according to the priority level that we would propose based on the findings.
