Primerjali smo odziv kombinirane povratno-zančne in vnaprejšnje regulacije in same povratno-zančne regulacije.

Title:Development of a flow control simulator with feedback and feedforward control scheme
Abstract:Flow is one of the most important operational variables in any industrial process. Its control is used to study, plan and ensure optimal operational performance of the process. This work presents the complete development of a virtual dynamic flow control system with feedback and feedforward control scheme. The objective of this work is to use various computer approaches to develop a flow control simulator that approximates the real process, determine the most efficient control scheme, and create a virtual dynamic model that allows further study of process systems techniques. As part of the experimental work, we developed a dynamic model of flow control device using MATLAB/ Simulink software packages. We created an input-output model, investigated the influence of parameter changes in the feedforward transfer function in terms of system response and its ability to establish a steady state when changes in reference values and disturbances occur in the process. Based on a series of simulations, we modeled the behavior of the system to the extent that the obtained model is used in the development of a virtual controller that successfully compensates for the effects of disturbances before they affect the value of the controlled variable. The response of the combined feedback-feedforward control was compared to the feedback control. Based on the analysis of the results, we confirmed our predictions that the combination of feedback-feedforward control scheme eliminates effects of disturbances faster and more successfully than feedback control scheme. We proved the importance of setting and optimizing the control parameters for nonlinear dynamic systems. The system works impeccably when theoretical requirements and constraints are met.
