Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava dvorec Turnišče na obrobju Ptuja in s svojimi mnogimi lastniki predstavlja še dokaj neraziskano tematiko, predvsem kar se tiče opreme dvorca in popisnih inventarjev. Besedilo dopolnjuje katalog znane opreme rezidenc družine v zbirki Pokrajinskega muzeja Ptuj in pri zasebnikih. Katalog je razdeljen na sklope, v katerih so obravnavani slike, sedežno pohištvo, shrambno pohištvo, ure in postelje.
Keywords:Turnišče, lastniki, Thurn-Valsassina, Warren Lippitt, barok, 19. stoletje, oprema dvorca, slike, pohištvo, inventarni popisi, zaplembe.

Title:The furnishings of Turnišče manor from the middle of the 18th century to post-world war II transfers
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the Turnišče manor, which is located on the outskirts of Ptuj and, with its many owners, represents a still relatively unexplored area, especially regarding the manor's equipment and inventory. Thus, the thesis focuses mainly on legacy inventories, confiscation after the Second World War, and the transfers that happened afterward – mainly to the collection center in Ptuj and from there to the Ptuj castle. The master's thesis initially presents a brief history of manor ownership and focuses on the Thurn-Valsassina family, who bought, enlarged, and added to the baroque mansion, and the Warren Lippitt family, who opened a successful stud farm after purchasing the estate and manor. This is followed by an architectural outline of the manor, which is chronologically processed and where the alterations, the appearance of the park, and today's image are presented. As part of the construction history, the equipment of the manor in the first quarter of the 18th century is also portrayed, where the inventory of Cound Cramm from 1749 is specially presented. According to known data on post-war confiscation of manors and castles in Styria, and the report on the sealing of castles in Ptuj, part of the thesis analyzes the circumstances of the confiscation of the equipment of the Warren Lippitt family residences and its fate. Several members of the Warren Lippitt family were imprisoned in the Šternal camp after the war, and later some of them migrated abroad. The text is complemented by the catalogue of known equipment and inventory of the family's residences from the collections of the Pokrajinski muzej Ptuj, and private sources. The catalogue is divided into lots in which we separately dealt with paintings, seating furniture, storage furniture, clocks, and beds.
Keywords:Turnišče, owners, Thurn-Valsassina, Warren Lippitt, baroque, 19th century, mansion equipment, paintings, furniture, inventories, confiscations.
