Abstract:Namen naše raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali obstaja razlika v življenjskem slogu osnovnošolskih učiteljev pred in med omejitvenimi ukrepi, ki so bili sprejeti za zajezitev virusa Covid-19. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 207 učiteljev, od tega 148 (71,5 %) žensk in 59 (28,5 %) moških, ki so bili iz različnih osnovnih šol po Sloveniji. Podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo spletne ankete. Anketni vprašalnik se je nanašal na telesno aktivnost, prehranske navade, sedenje, stres in uporabo pametnih naprav z zasloni. Dobljene rezultate smo obdelali s programom SPSS 21. Title:Comparison of the lifestyle of primary school teachers before and during the COVID-19 epidemic
Abstract:The purpose of our study was to determine whether there is a difference in the lifestyle of primary school teachers before and during the restrictive measures taken to contain the Covid-19 virus. The survey included 207 teachers, of which 148 (71.5 %) were women and 59 (28.5 %) were men from various primary schools in Slovenia. Data were collected using an online survey. The survey questionnaire covered physical activity, eating habits, sitting, stress and the use of smart devices with screens. The obtained results were processed with the SPSS 21 program.
