Title:Technique and methodology of elements in tricing
Abstract:Tricking is a sport made by martial artists wanting to show their abilities on much higher and more attractive level. With more and more fighting games and movies coming out sportsman started to wish for a bigger shift in bounderies of their knowledge. First there was a derivative of known martial arts called Xtreme martial arts which quickly became known as tricking. Trickers started connecting over forums and spreading their knowledge over the internet which quickly sparked development of the sport. Today tricking is similar to what it was at the start but level of moves highly increased. Made of kicks, flips and transitions tricking started to get its own image. Trickers started to add more rotations and variations to kicks and flips which made combinations raise to once tought inpossible level. Quickly new elements and variations of tricks were discovered and connecting of non compatible tricks became possible making some combinations even harder to achieve for lower to middle level trickers. The aim of this thesis is to present basic elements of tricking which could impact the approach of trickers to learning and make it easier for coaches and future coaches to teach. For a better understanding thesis includes a terminological dictionary of foreign words and kinograms for every basic element making it easier to understand.
