Hemodinamični odziv smo merili z napravo Task Force Monitor.

Title:The impact of virtual reality on autonomic nervous system functioning
Abstract:Introduction: Virtual reality technology is becoming more accessible in the modern world. There are many different contents on the market that trigger different physiological responses of the autonomic nervous system. In the study, we investigated how simulated underwater play in virtual reality affects the functioning of the autonomic nervous system. Methods: In study was used an experimental quantitative method. Through non-invasive measurements of various hemodynamic parameters, the included volunteers indirectly measured the functioning of the autonomic nervous system, during the use of VR glasses and after the use of VR glasses. Data were obtained objectively through hemodynamic measurements and subjectively through the researcher's reporting of feelings. The script included stressful and enjoyable events. The hemodynamic response was measured with a Task Force Monitor. Results: Heart rate (HR) achieved the highest increase from an average of 92 ± 4.5 at rest to an average of 110 ± 20 beats per minute in the stress zone. Mean blood pressure (MAP) peaked in the stress range (from 105 ± 3.2 mmHg to 111 ± 12 mmHg). The lowest MAP value was recorded in the first pleasant part of VR, namely 102 ± 10mmHg. In the stressful part of virtual reality, the functioning of the sympathetic autonomy is increased, and in the pleasant part, the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system is increased. Discussion and conclusion: The autonomic nervous system responds to external information, whether from the real environment or virtual reality. Unpleasant / pleasant events in virtual reality cause real stress in the human body.
