Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika in jih nato obdelali s pomočjo kvantitativne obdelave.

Title:Physical activity of kindergarten professionals during the covid-19 epidemic restrictions
Abstract:This thesis presents the importance of physical activity in times of emergency, such as the COVID-19 epidemic, for the health and well-being of pre-school teachers and assistant teachers. We wanted to investigate how epidemic-induced exercise restrictions affected their exercise habits. Specifically, we looked at whether they met physical activity recommendations and what was their preferred type of physical activity. The data were collected using a questionnaire and then quantitatively processed. Twenty-eight kindergarten practitioners from all over Slovenia participated in the survey. We used the IPAQ scale, which assesses the respondent's physical activity. The survey found that teachers and assistant teachers were more physically active during the COVID-19 restrictions than they were after. Despite the restrictions, they met the physical activity recommendations. Walking was the most frequent form of recreation, and the amount of physical activity based on the environment was very similar. We are satisfied that kindergarten professionals are aware of the importance of physical activity for their health. The survey data showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, 78.57% of kindergarten teachers were in the high activity category based on the IPAQ guidelines.
