Abstract:Danes vse pogosteje slišimo izraz delo na daljavo. Notranji del podjetja vključuje zaposlene, njihovo zadovoljstvo in motivacijo pri delu, strukturo podjetja, njegovo gibanje proti cilju, usklajenost notranjih procesov, itd.

Title:Teleworking
Abstract:These days, we hear the term teleworking more and more often. The truth is that this term has been used for many years, and was first mentioned in 1973 by scientist Jack Nilles. Teleworking began to develop with the development of technology in the second half of the 20th century. Employees in more developed companies had a growing desire for flexibility in their space and time. The technology brought with it many new opportunities and enabled the transfer of work from offices to any other location, thus providing flexibility for employees. Teleworking certainly has its positive and negative sides for both the employee and the employer. Teleworking reduces the daily cost of travel, hours and energy, increases productivity, improves the relationship between work and family, and on the other hand isolates people, reduces social skills as well as live contact with people. Many feel lonely, depressed, isolated. Teleworking and the space in which we work must be arranged in the right way so that we feel happy and satisfied and reduce the negative sides to a minimum. Leaders within the company play a major role in coordinating telecommuting with the operation of the organization into one large entity. They need to be careful and take care of the internal and external parts of the organization. They need to ensure that the company's vision, mission and goals are aligned with the work of the employees. The internal part of the company includes employees, their satisfaction and motivation at work, the structure of the company, its movement towards the goal, the coordination of internal processes, etc. In addition, the external part of the organization includes customers and other groups outside the company that affect the company itself and its operations.
