Abstract:Uvod: Mladostniško spolno in reproduktivno zdravje ostaja v današnjem svetu izziv. Literaturo smo iskali v naslednjih podatkovnih bazah: CINAHL, PubMed, MEDLINE, ScienceDirect in Web of Science. Postopek iskanja in zbiranja literature smo prikazali s pomočjo diagrama PRISMA, kakovost člankov pa smo kritično ocenili s pomočjo kontrolnih seznamov JBI. Razprava in zaključek: Celovita spolna vzgoja pripomore k zmanjšanemu pojavljanju tveganih oblik spolnega vedenja in s tem povezanih posledic.
Keywords:mladostniki, spolna vzgoja, neželena nosečnost, spolno prenosljive bolezni, medicinska sestra.

Title:The impact of sexuality education on knowledge of healthy sexuality and students´ attitudes towards sexuality
Abstract:Introduction: Adolescent sexual and reproductive health remains a challenge in today's world. Risky sexual behaviour is quite common during adolescence, resulting in sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies. The final thesis aims to determine to what extent sexuality education influences students' knowledge of healthy sexuality and attitudes towards sexuality. Methods: In the thesis, we used the literature review method. We conducted a systematic literature review, analysing scientific and professional literature regarding sex education for students. The following databases were searched: CINAHL, PubMed, MEDLINE, ScienceDirect and Web of Science. The process of literature search and collection was illustrated using the PRISMA diagram. The quality of the articles was critically assessed using JBI checklists. Results: Of the 168 records, eight articles were included in the final analysis based on eligibility. We found that sex education positively impacts students' knowledge and attitudes towards sexuality, which is also reflected in responsible sexual behaviour. Discussion and conclusion: Comprehensive sex education helps reduce the incidence of risky sexual behaviour and its consequences. Adolescents have the right to sex education and talk about sex education with people they can trust, whether a parent, a teacher, or a nurse.
Keywords:adolescents, sex education, unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, nurse.
