Abstract:	Organizacija je sistem ljudi, virov in sredstev, ki dosegajo želene cilje dela in poslovanja. Za uspešno organiziranje in poslovanje podjetja je potrebna ustrezna organizacija dela, ki je način, kako so naloge razdeljene med posameznike v organizaciji in načini, na katere se te nato usklajujejo, da dosežejo končni izdelek ali storitev. V zadnjih letih se srečujemo s svetovno nalezljivo boleznijo, ki se imenuje epidemija Covid-19, ki je močno vplivala na organizacije in njihovo organizacijo dela. Veliko podjetij je bilo primoranih ustaviti svojo organizacijo, nekateri pa so delali od doma, kar je imelo svoje prednosti in slabosti. Na štajerskem območju sta dve podjetji, ki imata povsem različno dejavnost in s tem tudi organizacijo dela. Prvo podjetje se ukvarja z maloprodajo živil, tehnike in tekstila. Drugo podjetje se ukvarja z gostinstvom. Z namenom proučevanja vpliva epidemije Covid-19 na posamezno organizacijo smo s pomočjo intervjuja ugotovili, kako lahko svetovna bolezen spremeni celotno organizacijo dela. V raziskavi smo dobili vpogled, kakšna je bila organizacija dela pred izbruhom epidemije ter kakšna je sedaj. V času epidemije je podjetje Jagros, d. o. o., lahko vseskozi poslovalo in uspešno rastlo, medtem ko je podjetje PK Trade, d. o. o., moralo več mesecev biti doma in zaprti svojo gostilno, kar je imelo negativni vpliv na njihovo poslovanje. S predlogi smo temeljili predvsem na izboljšanju celotne organizacije in njihove organizacije dela in s tem uspešnosti podjetja.

Title:	Organization of work in organizations during covid
Abstract:	An organization is a system of people, resources and means that achieve the desired goals of work and business. The successful organization and operation of a company requires proper work organization, which is the way in which tasks are divided among individuals in the organization and the way in which they are then coordinated to achieve the final product or service. In recent years, we have been dealing with a global infectious disease called the Covid-19 epidemic, which has had a major impact on organizations and their organizational work. Many companies were forced to set up their own organization, and some worked from home, which had its advantages and disadvantages. There are two companies in the Styrian area, which have completely different activities and thus also organizational work. The first company is engaged in the retail sale of food, technology and textiles. Another company deals with catering. With the aim of studying the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on an individual organization, we found out with the help of an interview how the global disease can change the entire organizational work. In the research, we got an insight into what the organization of work was like before the outbreak of the epidemic and what it is like now. During the epidemic, the company Jagros, d. o. o. was able to operate and grow successfully throughout, while the company PK Trade, d. o. o. had to be at home and closed in their inn for several months, which had a negative impact on their business. Our proposals were mainly based on the improvement of the entire organization in their work organizations and thus the company's performance.
