Literaturo smo iskali v mednarodnih podatkovnih bazah PubMed, Web of Science in SAGE. Kot drugi vir smo uporabili Google Scholar. Naredili smo kritično oceno člankov in vsebinsko analizo. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela.

Title:Parental participation in nursing activities which promote the attachment between parents and infants
Abstract:The attachment process between parents and premature infants is crucial for the child's health and development. Premature birth represents a major challenge, as it can negatively affect the mentioned attachment. In recent years, the importance of early parents participation in nursing activities at the premature infants has been increasingly recognized, as parents activities have a positive impact on the attachment, improving the mental health of parents and the development of premature infants. The purpose of this work is to determine whether the participation of parents in nursing activities promotes attachment between parents and premature infants. A systematic review using the method of review, analysis and synthesis of scientific and professional literature was conducted. Literature was searched in the international databases PubMed, Web of Science and SAGE. As another source we used Google Scholar. We did a critical evaluation of the articles and content analysis. We used a descriptive method. The findings showed that, in six studies, the parents activities at the premature infant had a positive effect on the mutual connection. One study, however, found no apparent effect of the intervention compared to a control group. Our findings prove that the parents participation in nursing activities at the premature infant has a positive effect on their mutual attachment. Feelings of attachment are established and improved by the touch of the parents, and they increase with the parents involvement in the activities at the premature infant. Parents participation in the care of premature babies is therefore very important.
