Izvedli smo sistematični pregled, analizo in sintezo znanstvene in strokovne literature. Literaturo smo iskali v dveh podatkovnih bazah, PubMed in ScienceDirect ter dodatno pregledali Google učenjak z iskalnim nizom in vključitvenimi kriteriji. Naredili smo kritično oceno člankov in tematsko analizo.

Title:Treatment of childhood obesity at the primary care level
Abstract:Introduction: Obesity is a worldwide condition that has been known to mankind for many years. Unfortunately, modern unhealthy lifestyles have led to a huge increase in overweight/obese children. Obesity affects the child physically, psychologically and socially. Methods: We used the descriptive method. We conducted a systematic review, analysis and synthesis of the scientific and professional literature. We searched the literature in 2 databases PubMed and ScienceDirect and additionally reviewed Google scholar with search string and inclusion criteria. We performed a critical appraisal of the articles and a thematic analysis. Results: We included 6 studies in the final analysis. We identified the main category as the management of childhood obesity at primary care level, and the subcategories of preventive management of childhood obesity and curative management of childhood obesity. Discussion and conslussion: We have found that we have a wealth of screening and obesity prevention methods in primary care, as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer to children and parents. But despite this, the number of obese children is growing. This is mainly due to sedentary lifestyles, unhealthy habits and lack of exercise. Parents also have a huge influence on children's health. Childhood obesity represents a major challenge for child health today and in the future.
