Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je proučena problematika državnih pomoči na ravni Evropske unije. V ospredju proučevanja sta zakonodaja EU in slovenska zakonodaja, ki prepovedujeta državne pomoči. V primeru epidemije Covid-19 pa so nastale izredne razmere in so državne pomoči dovolili ob posebnih omejitvah. Z izvedbo ankete med najrazličnejšimi naključnimi slovenskimi podjetji sem ugotovila, da je 22% anketiranih podjetij prenehalo s poslovanjem v času epidemije Covid-19. Državne pomoči so bile nujno potrebne v času epidemije.

Title:
Government assistance during the covid-19 epidemic
Abstract:
The diploma thesis examines the issue of state aid at the level of the European Union. At the forefront of the study are EU legislation and Slovenian legislation, which prohibit state aid. In the case of the Covid-19 epidemic, emergency conditions arose and state aid was allowed subject to special restrictions. By conducting a survey among a wide variety of random Slovenian companies, I found that 22% of the surveyed companies ceased operations during the Covid-19 epidemic. State aid was urgently needed during the epidemic.
