Title:	Organizacija glasbenih prireditev v športnih objektih

Abstract:	V diplomskem delu se bomo posvetili organizaciji glasbenih prireditev od raziskav in izhodišč do finančnega upravljanja, tehnične izvedbe, davčnih in pravnih vidikov, varnostnega upravljanja in vodenja dogodka. Cilj zaključnega dela je pridobiti čim bolj natančne informacije o stanju prireditvene industrije na slovenskih tleh in razviti enovit model ali portfelj, ki korak za korakom vodi izvajalca prireditve od zasnove do izvedbe. Zgledovali se bomo po nekaterih tujih modelih in upoštevali priporočila že dobro uveljavljenih menedžerjev. Preučili bomo športne objekte kot prireditveni prostor, ki glasbeni panogi omogoča delovanje pod svojim okriljem, in primerjali zadovoljstvo publike z domačo ponudbo prizorišč v primerjavi s tujino, predvsem sosednjimi državami. Metodologija dela bo zajemala anketni vprašalnik in analizo zbranih podatkov, deskripcijo in kompilacijo. Možna je uporaba empirične metode, s katero bi na podlagi izkušenj in opažanj utemeljili določene pojave. Naredili bomo raziskavo tujih uspešnih praks, predvsem bližnjih držav, in poskušali ugotoviti, ali lahko na domačih tleh apliciramo kakšno organizatorsko metodo.

Title:	Organization of music events in sports facilities
Abstract:	In the thesis, we will focus on the organization of music events, from research and starting points to financial management, technical implementation, tax and legal aspects, security management and event management. The final part aims to obtain as accurate information as possible about the state of the event industry on Slovenian soil and to develop a unified model or portfolio that guides the event provider from conception to implementation. We will be inspired by some foreign models and consider the recommendations of already well-established managers. We will examine sports facilities as an event space that enable the music industry to operate under its auspices and compare audience satisfaction with the domestic offer of venues compared to foreign countries. The methodology of the work will include a survey questionnaire and analysis of collected data, description and compilation. Using the empirical method to justify certain phenomena based on experience and observations is possible. We will survey successful foreign practices, especially of nearby countries, and try to find out whether we can apply some organizational methods on home soil.
