Abstract:	V sodobnih podjetjih postajata vse bolj pomembni učinkovitost in inovativnost. Pa naj gre za nova, mlada podjetja ali za stara, že dolgo obstoječa na trgu dela. Prav tako ni pomembno, s katerim področjem se ukvarja podjetje, saj je treba na vseh področjih slediti spremembam trga in novim navadam kupcev. Večkrat pa se pozabi na samo notranjo organizacijo podjetja. Ta je sicer vse bolj pomembna, saj se zaradi selitve večine poslov v e-poslovanje in vse več dela od doma pri zaposlenih, hitro pokažejo napake notranje organiziranosti in povezovanja. Napake se pokažejo že v mikro podjetjih, v večjih podjetjih pa še prej oziroma bolj izrazito. Iz tega razloga smo se v magistrski nalogi osredotočili na e-poslovanje. Poudarek smo dali naši proučevani enoti, mikro računovodskemu podjetju. Naše proučevano mikro podjetje v določeni meri deluje še vedno preveč papirno, kar pomeni, da je premalo e-poslovanja. V nalogi smo predstavili trenutni način poslovanja. Glede na zaznano problematiko smo poiskali nekaj možnih rešitev, ki bi olajšale delo tako posamezniku kot celotni organizaciji. Predvsem smo obravnavali problem internega poslovanja med zaposlenimi. Raziskali in predstavili smo tri različne rešitve za podporo procesa upravljanja nalog in eno celovito programsko rešitev. Bistvenega pomena nam je bilo, da je rešitev praktična in enostavna za uporabo. Izbira ustrezne rešitve je vsekakor odločitev organizacije. Bi pa izbrana ustrezna rešitev pomenila boljšo organiziranost v prihodnosti, saj se proučevanemu mikro podjetju obeta vse več dela z različnih lokacij.

Title:	Redesign of internal business of accounting service
Abstract:	Efficiency and innovation are becoming increasingly important in modern companies. Be it new, young companies or old ones that have been on the labour market for a long time. It also does not matter in which field the company operates in, as, in all fields, it is necessary to follow market changes and new customer habits. However, the internal organization of the company itself is often forgotten. The latter is becoming increasingly crucial as errors in internal organization and integration quickly become apparent due to the migration of most businesses to e-business and the increasing number of employees working from home. Errors are seen in micro-enterprises, but in larger enterprises, they appear even earlier and are more pronounced. For this reason, we focused on e-business in our master's thesis. We focused on our studied unit, the micro accounting firm. To a certain extent, our studied micro-enterprise still relies too much on paper, which means there is not enough e-business. In the thesis, we presented the current way of doing business. Based on the perceived problem, we looked for possible solutions that would make work easier for the individual and the entire organization. In particular, we dealt with the problem of internal business between employees. We researched and presented three solutions to support the task management process and one comprehensive software solution. A solution that is practical and easy to use was vital to us. The choice of the appropriate solution depends on the decision of the organization. However, the chosen appropriate solution would mean better organization in the future, as the studied micro-enterprise is expected to work more and more from different locations.
