Abstract:	Za javne prireditve in dogodke, ki se odvijajo zunaj televizijske hiše, je za izvedbo televizijskih prenosov potrebna mobilna produkcijska skupina (ang. Outside Broadcast Team). Ta uporablja reportažno vozilo (ang. Outside Broadcasting Van), namenjeno mobilni režiji. Nadzor slike (ang. Vision Control), mešanje slike (ang. Vision Mixing) in mešanje zvoka (ang. Sound Mixing) so funkcije, ki se izvajajo v vozilu. Delovni proces je kompleksen in zahteven, vse od priprave vozila do izvedbe samega prenosa. Delo v reportažnem vozilu zahteva specifična znanja iz različnih področij in obvladovanje kompleksnih naprav. V diplomski nalogi smo raziskovali naloge in proces dela mobilne skupine ter podrobneje predstavili tehnične karaktersitike vgrajenih naprav.

Title:	Operation and function of an outside broadcasting vehicle in mobile television production
Abstract:	For public events (sports broadcasts, concerts) that take place outside of the leading television house, a mobile production team (Outside Broadcast Team) is required to carry out television broadcasts from any location. The latter needs an OB van (Outside Broadcasting Vehicle) which is intended for mobile directing. Vision Control, Vision Mixing, and Sound Mixing are functions that are performed inside the vehicle - often a large-size OB Van. The program production service process is complex and demanding, from the preparation of the OB Van to the program transmission itself. Working in an OB Van requires knowledge from various fields and mastery of complex devices. In the following diploma thesis, we researched the tasks and the work process of the mobile production group and presented in larger detail the technical characteristics of the installed and used devices.
