Metode: Pri pripravi zaključnega dela smo sistematično pregledali znanstveno literaturo, ki smo jo iskali v mednarodnih podatkovnih bazah: MEDLINE, CINAHL, Cohrane Library in v iskalniku Google Scholar. Določili smo vključitvene in izključitvene kriterije ter postopek iskanja zadetkov prikazali s pomočjo PRISMA diagrama. Rezultati: V končno analizo smo vključili dvanajst raziskav. Ugotovili smo, da so bili univerzalne preventivne intervencije oz. programi večinoma učinkoviti pri zmanjšanju pogostosti uporabe PAS, vendar še vedno ni močnih in trdnih dokazov o učinkovitosti velikega števila preventivnih intervencij. Razprava in zaključek: Preventivni programi oz. intervencije so lahko učinkoviti, vendar ne popolnoma, njihovi zanesljivejši oceni učinkovitosti se posveča premalo pozornosti. Prihodnje raziskave potrebujejo bolj poglobljeno analizo pri ocenjevanju učinkovitosti preventivnih programov.

Title:The importance of preventive family interventions in the prevention of addiction to psychoactive substances in adolescents
Abstract:Introduction: Addiction of psychoactive substances (PAS) represents the global health and social challenge we face today. Children and adolescents are the most at-risk population for addiction, so families are the primary place for effective interventions. Preventive family interventions play an important role in preventing the use of PAS, as well as various family and school preventive interventions or family-oriented programs to prevent use of PAS in adolescents. Methods: In the preparation of the final work, we systematically reviewed the scientific literature, which we searched for in international databases: MEDLINE, CINAHL, Cohrane Library and Google Scholar search engine. We determined the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and demonstrated the search process of hits using the PRISMA diagram. Results: We included twelve studies in the final analysis. We found that the universal preventive interventions or programs have mostly been effective in reducing the frequency of use of PAS, but there is still no strong and robust evidence of the effectiveness of a large number of preventive interventions. Discussion and conclusion: Preventive programs or interventions may be effective, but not completely, their more reliable assessment of effectiveness receives little attention. Future research needs more in-depth analysis in evaluating the effectiveness of prevention programs.
