Abstract:Izjemno pomembno vlogo v bolnišnici ima razpoložljivost materialov medicinskemu osebju. V prvem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljene teoretične osnove logističnih tokov, vitke logistike, digitalizacije, skladišča in potrošnega materiala.

Title:Supplying departments with expendable materials in Splošna bolnišnica Celje
Abstract:The availability of materials to the medical staff plays an extremely important role in the hospital. Unnecessary paths of employees when moving materials, delays in information and communication, parallel information channels cause losses and affect the health of employees. To reduce losses, we are thinking about renovating processes in our thesis. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical foundations of logistics flows, lean logistics, digitization, storage, and consumables are presented. In addition, we present tools for displaying the current state, namely a flowchart, a process map with ASME symbols, and a cause-and-effect diagram. The following is a snapshot of the current state. In this part, we present the Celje General Hospital, the warehouse in question, the flow of information, the ordering process, and the process of preparing materials to order. We also perform measurements of activities in the warehouse. We conclude the snapshot of the existing situation with a critical analysis, which reveals that most of the causes of high time consumption are related to the software tools PRObit and Small Inventory. In chapter three, we present two scenarios of the possible course of renovation of the existing state and describe the proposed improvements for each. The chapter concludes with a description of the effects of the presented improvements. At the end of the thesis, we present an evaluation of the effects, propose conditions for the introduction of solutions and list the possibilities for further development.
