Title:Predlogi za izboljšanje kazalnikov notranjega transporta v proizvodnem podjetju : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa

Abstract:V diplomskem delu Predlogi za izboljšanje kazalnikov notranjega transporta v proizvodnem podjetju smo v prvem delu najprej predstavili pojme, povezane z notranjim transportom in intralogistiko. Ugotovili smo, da moramo pri organizaciji notranjega transporta stremeti k izogibanju križanja transportnih poti, uporabi gravitacije, kjer je to mogoče, skrajšanju transportnih časov in prilagajanju nakladalnih enot možnostim transportnih sredstev. Dotaknili smo se tudi pojma vitka logistika in ugotovili, da je transport pravzaprav ena od izgub, zato je pomembno, da ga čim bolj optimiziramo. Našteli smo sisteme notranjega transporta, kamor spadajo transportne naprave, skladiščni prostori in pomožna oprema. V nadaljevanju smo podrobneje predstavili nekaj tem, ki so neposredno povezane z notranjim transportom. Osredotočili smo se na tri področja, in sicer na ravnanje z materialom, kjer smo predstavili tudi proces komisioniranja, na postavitev in organizacijo skladišča ter na transportna sredstva in naprave, kjer smo največ pozornosti namenili viličarjem. Na podlagi predstavljenih pojmov smo nato predstavili obstoječe stanje v obravnavanem proizvodnem podjetju. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo poskušali poiskati še možne izboljšave na področju notranjega transporta, s katerimi bi povečali predvsem produktivnost ali zmanjšali stroške. Ugotovili smo, da je notranji transport v podjetju dobro organiziran, vseeno pa smo ponudili nekaj izboljšav. Na področju ravnanja z materialom bi za izboljšanje produktivnosti in zmanjšanje stroškov uvedli strogo politiko o shranjevanju materiala in izdelkov ter viličarje s konfiguracijo človek-zgoraj. Da se izognemo morebitnim poškodbam na viličarjih, materialu in izdelkih, bi obnovili transportne površine in odpravili težavo z dvižnimi vrati, ki podaljšujejo transportne čase.

Title:Suggestions for improving internal transport indicators in a manufacturing company
Abstract:In my diploma paper Suggestions for improving internal transport indicators in a manufacturing company we first presented concepts related to internal transport and intralogistics. We found out that when organizing internal transport, we must strive to avoid crossing transport routes, use gravity where possible, shorten transport times and adapt loading units to the possibility of transport resources. We also mentioned the concept of lean logistics and found out that transport is actually one of the wastes, so it is important to optimize it as much as possible. We listed internal transport systems, which include transport devices, storage areas, and auxiliary equipment. After that, we continued with presenting in more detail some topics that are directly related to internal transport. We focused on three areas, namely material handling, where we also presented the order picking process, the layout and organization of the warehouse, and transport equipment and devices, where we paid the most attention to the forklifts. Based on the concepts presented, we then presented the existing situation in the manufacturing company in question. At the end of the diploma paper, we tried to find possible improvements in the area of internal transport, which would primarily increase productivity or reduce costs. We found out that the internal transport in the company is well organized, but we were still able to offer some improvements. In the area of material handling, a strict material and product storage policy and man-up forklifts would be implemented to improve productivity and reduce costs. In order to avoid possible damage to the forklifts, materials and products, we would restore the transport surfaces and eliminate the problem with the liftgate, which increases the transport times.
