Predlagan optimizacijski model smo v zaključku stroškovno ovrednotili in izračunali lastno ceno obravnavanega kosa.

Title:Introduction of a collaborative workplace to the manual assembly workplace
Abstract:In this master’s thesis a method of introducing a collaborative workplace at the place of manual assembly is presented, which is based on a real company environment. The main problem was an inappropriate arrangement of the workplace and consequently inadequately defined time losses. At first, we studied individual operations within the assembly with the previous state analysis. After that we modeled an existing workplace with the programing environment Autodesk Inventor Professional, where we created a simulation model that based on gathered results illustrates existing work process. With a simulation of different scenarios, we obtained operation and worker utilization parameters and with that a good insight into a part assembly. Based on the analysis and simulation results we provided optimization results and created an optimized simulation model, which includes a collaborative robot to the part assembly. In the end, we evaluated the cost of the proposed optimization model and calculated the cost price of the part.
