Abstract:Družinsko podjetništvo postaja vedno bolj priljubljeno pri nas, zato smo se v magistrskem delu odločili analizirati odnose znotraj njega in prenos lastništva na drugo generacijo s pomočjo študije primera Podjetja X. V magistrskem delu smo znotraj teoretičnih izhodišč opredelili družinsko podjetje, preučilo prednosti in slabosti družinskega podjetja ter problematiko prenosa družinskega podjetja na naslednjo generacijo. V podjetju so dobro seznanjeni o vseh značilnostih družinskega podjetništva, kot so vodenje družinskega podjetja, upravljanje s kapitalom, odgovornost, uravnoteženost tveganj, načrtovanje prenosa lastništva, učinkovito davčno upravljanje.

Title:Family entrepreneurship and transfer of family company x on to the second generation
Abstract:Family entrepreneurship is becoming more and more popular in our country, so in the master's thesis we decided to analyse the relationships within it and the transfer of ownership to another generation with the help of a case study of Company X. In the master's thesis, we defined a family business within the theoretical background, examined the advantages and disadvantages of a family business and the issue of transferring a family business to the next generation. Within the empirical work, we presented family business X in a case study, identified strengths and weaknesses in it, and conducted an interview with the director of family business X and the family member to whom the transfer of family business X took place. Finally, we analyse the transfer of the business to another family member. We also found that there are many family businesses (mostly run by the 1st generation) that are thinking in the direction of continuing the family tradition and transferring ownership to the 2nd generation. The company is well acquainted with all the characteristics of family business, such as running a family business, capital management, responsibility, risk balance, transfer of ownership planning, effective tax management. They are aware that the knowledge of all members of family businesses about the characteristics of family entrepreneurship will have a good effect on the better performance of the company in the future. Company X has already transferred ownership to the younger generation and involved younger family members in the company's operations.
