| Abstract: | V podjetju Unior d.d. so se zaradi povečanega povpraševanja kupcev, želje po napredku in potrebe po večji produktivnosti odločili, da robotizirajo kovaško linijo UK 32. V diplomskem delu je preučen vidik gospodarnosti robotizacije, predstavljeno je stanje pred robotizacijo in stanje po njej. Ergonomsko zahtevno delo kovača prevzame robot, s čimer se zmanjšajo stroški dela. Določena je povrnitev investicije ter izračunana sprememba stroškov in produktivnosti. Predstavljene so prednosti in slabosti robotizacije ter analizirana ekonomska upravičenost projekta. |
