Abstract:Diplomska naloga najprej obravnava vprašanji, kaj sploh podjetje je in kako podjetja v praksi nastajajo.

Title:The impact of business policy on the company´s attitude towards consumers
Abstract:The thesis examines the questions of what an enterprise is and how are enterprises established in practice. There is a variety of firms on the market today, differing in structure, legal form, the goods they produce, services they provide, and also in size. Each company has a unique business model and various developmental, structural, and other needs, that directly or indirectly affect the company and its relationship with consumers. Thus, the thesis explains, what the business model of a company is and what the typical needs of companies are. It then focuses on the corporate policy and the vision, goals, mission, and fundamental objectives of a company and connects all this to consumers. It explains where consumers are found and what characterizes them, why companies need consumers for their success, and what consumers gain (benefit) from this. In such manner, with the help of selected literature, the thesis illustrates, on the one hand, how consumers are affected by the policies and needs of the company, but also the mirror image of this issue - how must the company act in practice to achieve a more favorable position in the market and accommodate the ever-changing needs of consumers.
Keywords:company, business policy, vision, mission, fundamental objectives, company participants, consumers.
