Abstract:
Namen diplomske naloge je izdelava informacijske rešitve za vodenje projektov po metodi PRINCE2. Namen informacijske rešitve je olajšati vodenje, saj bo sama rešitev uporabnika vodila po procesih in aktivnostih znotraj procesov, hkrati pa bo uporabniku omogočala dokumentiranje projektnih rezultatov po že vnaprej pripravljenih predlogah. Eden izmed ciljev diplomske naloge je pregled metod za vodenje projektov in podrobna predstavitev metode PRINCE 2 vključno s strukturo metode. V sklopu diplomske naloge smo tudi pregledali in analizirali že obstoječo informacijsko podporo za vodenje projektov po metodi PRINCE2. Na osnovi pridobljenega znanja iz teoretičnega pregleda metode PRINCE2 smo razvili informacijsko rešitev za vodenje projektov po metodi PRINCE2.

Title:
Developing an information solution for project management according to the PRINCE2 method
Abstract:
The purpose of the diploma thesis is to create an information solution for project management according to the PRINCE2 method. The purpose of the information solution is to facilitate management, as the solution itself will guide the user through the processes and activities within the processes, at the same time enabling the user to document project results according to pre-prepared templates. One of the goals of the thesis is an overview of project management methods and a detailed presentation of the PRINCE 2 method, including the structure of the method. As part of the diploma thesis, we will also review and analyse the already existing information support for project management according to the PRINCE2 method. Based on the knowledge gained from the theoretical review of the PRINCE2 method, we have developed an information solution for project management according to the PRINCE2 method.
