Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo opisali vpliv slabe organizacije, kakšne posledice prinašajo organizacijske izgube in kako se zaradi slabo optimiranih delovnih mest in strojev povečujejo pretočni časi. Z opazovanjem delovnega mesta v podjetju smo ugotovili izgube časa zaradi delavca, ki jih ni bilo mogoče odpraviti. Problem smo rešili z optimizacijo dela za doseganje večje zmogljivosti strojev.

Title:
The Process of Work Optimization on a CNC Machining Centre
Abstract:
In the thesis, we described the influence of poor organisation, the consequences of organisational losses and the increasement of lead team caused by poorly optimised work places and machinery. By observing the company's workplace, we found time losses, which could not be eliminated. We solved the problem by work optimisation for the achievement of higher machine performances.
