Title:Pomen rednih letnih razgovorov na motivacijo zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi

Abstract:Uvod: Redni letni razgovor je poglobljen in strukturiran pogovor med zaposlenim in njegovim neposrednim vodjo. Predstavlja nam osnovo za ocenjevanje uspešnosti pri delu, načrtovanje in izobraževanje nadaljnjega poklicnega razvoja. Glavni namen je razvoj posameznika in vzpostavitev konstruktivnih odnosov med zaposlenimi, kar na zaposlene deluje motivacijsko. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji s filozofijo pozitivizma. Podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Uporabili smo priložnostno vzorčenje. Za analizo podatkov smo uporabili metode deskriptivne in inferenčne statistike. Rezultati: Rezultati so pokazali, da se splošno mnenje glede rednih letnih razgovorov v zdravstveni negi med tistimi zaposlenimi, ki so že imeli redni letni razgovor, in tistimi zaposlenimi, ki ga še niso imeli, statistično razlikuje (p = < 0,05) ter da imajo zaposleni v zdravstveni negi, ki so že imeli redni letni razgovor, boljše mnenje o rednih letnih razgovorih kot tisti, ki ga še niso imeli. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je večina anketirancev (69,8 %), ki so že imeli redni letni razgovor, z vodenjem, potekom in rezultati zadovoljna. Večina anketiranih, ki je redni letni razgovor že imela, se strinja (39,5 %) in popolnoma strinja (55,8 %), da se je z rednim letnim razgovorom povečala motivacija za delo. Diskusija in zaključek: Vodja na rednem letnem razgovoru z vsakim zaposlenim dobi pregled nad preteklimi dosežki, se z njim pogovori in ga motivira. Tako skupaj spoznata, kakšne so želje in cilji zaposlenega ter kaj se pričakuje v prihodnjem obdobju.

Title:The importance of annual interviews on employee motivation in nursing care
Abstract:Introduction: A regular annual interview is a structured in-depth conversation between an employee and their direct manager. It provides the basis for evaluating employee performance, planning and training for further professional development. Its primary purpose is personal development and building constructive employee relations, which motivates the employees. Methods: This study applied a quantitative methodology based on a positivistic philosophy. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Sampling was conducted randomly. Data analysis involved descriptive and inferential statistic methods. Results: The results have shown that the general opinion regarding regular annual interviews is statistically different (p = < 0,05) among nursing staff who has already had a regular annual interview and those employees who have not had one yet. Nursing staff who has already had a regular annual interview holds a better opinion on it than the employees who have not had a regular annual interview yet. It has also been found that the majority of healthcare (69,8%) who have already had a regular annual interviews are satisfied with the management, the process and the results. Most respondents who have already had a regular annual interview has increased their motivation to work. Discussion and summary: During the regular annual interview the manager gets an overview of each employees past achievements, talks to them and motivates them, together they learn about the employees wishes and goals, as well as set up expectations for the future.
