Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v podjetju Legartis d.o.o.. Za ugotavljanje stopnje zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu je bila izvedena raziskava. Rezultati analiz raziskave so pokazali možnosti za izboljšanje zadovoljstva na delovnem mestu.

Abstract:
The diploma deals with employee satisfaction at the workplace in the company Legartis d.o.o.. A survey was conducted to determine the level of employee satisfacton at the workplace. The results of reseaech analyzes showed possibilities for improving job satisfaction.
