Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je bil preveriti, ali Nogometni klub (NK) Vipava pripomore k povezovanju posameznikov različnih starostnih skupin k večjemu medgeneracijskemu druženju, ali s svojo infrastrukturo omogoča posamezniku vključevanja v šport in ali z aktivnostjo v različnih tekmovanjih omogoča boljšo prepoznavnost kraja kot takega. Področje preučevanja diplomskega dela je management NK Vipava pri razvoju Vipavske doline. V teoretičnem delu je prikazana splošna teorija managementa in podrobneje teorija managementa v športu. Predstavljen je tudi NK Vipava in njegova zgodovina. V empiričnem delu so prikazani rezultati devetih intervjujev, ki smo jih opravili s ključnimi akterji v NK Vipava. Poglavitni rezultati dela so oblikovana rešitev v obliki praktičnih predlogov. Ugotovljeno je, da NK Vipava s svojo infrastrukturo omogoča vključevanje v šport in da omogoča boljšo prepoznavnost kraja

Title:
Management of the football club vipava in the development of the vipava valley
Abstract:
The purpose of the thesis was checking if FC Vipava is contributing to connecting of individuals from different age groups to connect intergenerationally, to check if its infrastructure is enabling individuals to engage in sport and if the activities of the club are promoting the image of the place. The area of research is management of the football club Vipava in the development of the Vipava valley. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the general management theory in general and the sport management theory more specifically. We also presented FC Vipava and its history. The empirical part of the thesis is presenting the results of the nine interviews that we did with key players in FC Vipava. The main result of the thesis is the practical solutions to the research topic. We confirmed that FC Vipava with is infrastructure is enabling the engagement in sport and that it's contributing to a bigger recognition of the place.
