Članke smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah: PubMed, CINAHL in Wiley Online library. Določili smo vključitvene in izključitvene kriterije. Potek iskanja literature smo prikazali s pomočjo PRISMA diagrama.

Title:Nurse interventions to provide psychological support for women with breast cancer
Abstract:Breast cancer is considered the most common cancer affecting women worldwide. It is a psychologically very demanding disease. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, one of the most common reactions to emotional distress includes searching for information and seeking appropriate help. With psychological support, nurses care for patients with breast cancer based on their individual needs, thereby helping to take care of the whole person physically and psychologically. The final work aims to determine how psychological support and nurse interventions affect women coping with breast cancer. Methods: We conducted a narrative literature review. Articles were searched in databases: PubMed, CINAHL and Wiley Online Library. We defined the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The search process is present according to the PRISMA diagram. A descriptive method was used. The thematic analysis and data synthesis method was used to analyse the data. Results: We included seven articles in the final analysis. We designed the main theme: The effects of the nurse's psychological support on women with breast cancer, which was derived from four subthemes; (1) well-being, (2) quality of life, (3) coping with the disease and (4) types of interventions. Discussion and conclusion: We found that the psychological support of a nurse is significant in the management, treatment and rehabilitation of women with breast cancer as it affects the patients' better physical and psychological well-being.
