Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali in obravnavali možnosti reorganiziranja vodenja ter sledenja embalaže v podjetju Skupina Posavje d.o.o. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnih izhodiščih so predstavljeni logistični procesi in embalaža na splošno. Predstavili smo zgodovino embalaže in splošne ter logistične funkcije embalaže, vrste in oblike le-te ter razpravljali o vplivu embalaže na okolje. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge smo najprej predstavili podjetje in pomembne informacije o njem, da smo se lahko posvetili analiziranju obstoječega stanja. Analiza se je začela z zgodovino ravnanja in poslovanja embalaže v podjetju, ki smo jo prikazali s shemo, nadaljevali pa smo s spremembami, ki so se zgodile skozi leta. Opisali smo procese embaliranja v podjetju in pojasnili, kakšne zahteve glede embalaže imajo njihovi poslovni partnerji. Analiziranje zgodovine embalaže v podjetju se je nadaljevalo z obtokom embalaže v sedanjem času. Pojasnili smo celoten potek embaliranja, od naročanja pri embalažnih podjetjih, do kupcev (trgovin) nazaj do embalažnih podjetij in vse skupaj ponazorili s shemo pretoka embalaže v podjetju. V poglavju kritične analize trenutnega stanja smo odkrivali vzroke, ki so doprinesli k visokim finančnim stroškom embalaže. Vzroki so prikazani s pomočjo vzročno- posledičnega diagrama. Vzroke smo detajlno pojasnili. V poglavju Predlogi izboljšav smo predlagali, na kakšen način bi lahko povečali produktivnost podjetja, zmanjšali finančne stroške embaliranja in povečali uspeh poslovanja. V zaključku smo potrdili obe zastavljeni tezi, ocenili in ovrednotili uspešnost rešitve problema, razpravljali o pogojih za uvedbo rešitve ter raziskali in predlagali možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:	Reorganization of packaging management and tracking in the company Skupina Posavje d.o.o.
Abstract:	In the thesis we analysed and discussed the possibilities of reorganising the management and tracking of packaging in the company Skupina Posavje d.o.o. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical background, logistics processes and packaging in general are presented. The history of packaging and the general and logistical functions of packaging, types and forms of packaging are presented and the environmental impact of packaging is discussed. In the practical part of the thesis, we first introduced the company and the relevant information about it in order to analyse the current situation. The analysis started with the history of the company's packaging management and operations, which we illustrated with a flow chart, and continued with the changes that have taken place over the years. We described the company's packaging processes and explained the packaging requirements of their business partners. The analysis of the history of packaging in the company continued with the circulation of packaging in the present time. We explained the whole packaging flow from ordering from the packaging companies to the customers (shops) back to the packaging companies and illustrated it all with a flow diagram of the packaging flow in the company. In the critical analysis of the current situation section, we have identified the causes that have contributed to the high financial costs of packaging. The causes are illustrated by means of a cause and effect diagram. The causes are explained in detail. In the section on suggestions for improvement, we suggest ways in which the productivity of the company could be increased, the financial costs of packaging reduced and the success of the business increased. In conclusion, we have validated both theses, assessed and evaluated the success of the solution to the problem, discussed the conditions for the implementation of the solution and explored and proposed options for further development.
