Title:Primerjava cen programov predšolske vzgoje v izbranih Pomurskih občinah

Abstract:Predšolska vzgoja je program zgodnjega otroštva, v katerem otroci združujejo učenje z igro v programu, ki ga vodijo strokovno usposobljeni odrasli. Otroci so najpogosteje vpisani v predšolsko šolo med tremi in petimi leti. Vrtec je izobraževalna ustanova ali učni prostor, ki otrokom pred začetkom obveznega izobraževanja na osnovni šoli ponuja predšolsko vzgojo. Lahko se upravlja javno ali zasebno in se lahko subvencionira iz javnih sredstev. Namen diplomske naloge je raziskati, kakšne so cene programov predšolske vzgoje v izbranih pomurskih občinah, in sicer v občini Lendava, Murska Sobota in Turnišče in kolikšen delež prispevajo k financiranju predšolske vzgoje občine in kako to vpliva na njihovo poslovanje. V diplomski nalogi bomo zajeli tudi koliko enot vrtca je v posamezni občini. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem bomo povzeli predšolsko vzgojo, kakšna pravna podlaga je potrebna za ustanovitev tako javnega kakor tudi zasebnega vrtca in tudi samo razliko njunega financiranja. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge pa bomo preučili financiranje predšolske vzgoje in med posameznimi občinami naredili primerjavo samega financiranja. Pričeli smo z cenami programov, nato s prispevkom občin, koliko prispevajo občine same in tudi druge vire financiranja s strani države, staršev in drugih virov. Prikazali bomo tudi samo poslovanje vrtca. V raziskavo bomo vključili tudi višje cene programov predšolske vzgoje, ki jih napovedujejo občine same, kot posledico višjih cen energentov, hrane in drugih s tem povezanih stroškov, ki vplivajo na oblikovanje ekonomske cene.

Title:Price comparison of preschool education programs in selected Pomurje municipalities
Abstract:Early childhood education is an early childhood programme in which children combine learning with play in a program run by professionally trained employees. Children are most often enrolled in pre-school between three and five years. Kindergarten is an educational institution or learning place that offers pre-school education to children before starting compulsory education at primary school. It can be managed publicly or privately and may be subsidised from public funds. The purpose of the thesis is to investigate the prices of pre-school education programmes in selected Pomurje municipalities, namely in the municipality of Lendava, Murska Sobota and Turnišče and how much they contribute to the financing of pre-school education and how this affects their business. In the thesis we will also cover how many units of kindergarten there are in each municipality. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical work. In theory, we will summarise early childhood education, what legal basis is needed for the establishment of both public and private kindergartens and also the difference in their funding. In the practical part of the thesis, we will examine the financing of early childhood education and compare the funding itself between individual municipalities. We started with the prices of the programmes, then with the contribution of the municipalities, how much the municipalities themselves and other sources of funding from the state, parents and other sources contribute. We're also going to show the business of kindergarten. The survey will also include higher prices for early childhood education programmes, which are forecast by the municipalities themselves, as a result of higher prices of energy products, food and other related costs.
