Abstract:
Tema diplomskega dela izhaja iz podjetja Farmtech d.o.o. za produkt okoljskega programa. Delo obravnava razvoj varilne priprave za varjenje ogrodja stroja. Razlog za izdelavo nove priprave je tehnična pomanjkljivost ter obsežnost dosedanje. Priprava mora tako omogočati prilagajanje različnim tipom ogrodja stroja. V delu je predstavljen dosedanji problem ter idejna rešitev problema. V nadaljevanju je analiziran postopek konstruiranja po zadanih zahtevah in izdelave tehniške dokumentacije. V zaključku je predstavljen analitični preračun elementa priprave in povzetek končne izvedbe.

Title:
Design of Universal Jig for Welding Machine Frame
Abstract:
The topic of the diploma thesis is based on the company Farmtech d.o.o, which focuses on developing a welding fixture to assemble a machine frame as part of their environmental program. The need for a new fixture arises from technical deficiencies and the extensive nature of the existing one. The objective is to design a fixture that allows for adjustment to different types of machine frames. The thesis presents the current problem and proposes a conceptual solution. Furthermore, it describes the process of designing and creating the technical documentation according to the specified requirements. The conclusion includes an analytical calculation of a fixture component and a summary of the final implementation.
