Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje konstruiranje traktorskega nakladalnika na tri-točkovno vpetje. Modeliranje se je odvijalo v programskem paketu SolidWorks. Konstruiranje je potekalo z upoštevanjem dimenzijskih omejitev ter omejitev glede premagovanja obtežbe bremena. V okviru diplomskega dela je bila izvedena poenostavljena trdnostna analiza po metodi končnih elementov. V analizi je bila analizirana nakladalna roka, ki je najbolj obremenjeni del traktorskega priključka. V fazi detajliranja traktorskega priključka je bila izdelana sestavna risba s kosovnico.

Title:
Design of a tractor loader
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes the design of a tractor loader with a three-point linkage. The modelling was done using the SolidWorks software package. The design was carried out considering dimensional restrictions and load-bearing capacity limitations. As part of the thesis, a simplified strength analysis was performed using the finite element method. In the analysis, the loading arm which is the most loaded part of the tractor attachment was analysed. In the phase of detailing the tractor attachment, an assembly drawing with a bill of materials was made.
