Title:Communication plan as a part of strategic communication: example for the ECO-CIRCLE project
Abstract:Communication is the foundation of a project, and its success depends directly on the effectiveness and efficiency of communication. Strategic communication planning ensures understanding, prevents obstacles, enables effective implementation, and enhances the project's reputation. Success is further affected by intercultural interactions, which increase the complexity of communication due to cultural differences. The aim of the thesis was to develop a communication plan for the international youth project ECO-CIRCLE by examining business communication in the context of projects, the implementation of communication plans and the impact of intercultural communication. To reinforce the plan, a survey was conducted to explore the target group's opinion on how to promote the project. We found that young people mostly follow promotional messages via Instagram and YouTube, prefer shorter forms of communication, informative and light content, and an informal tone of communication, while posts will be most successful if posted between 1 and 4 times a week in the evening.
