Title:	Stanje podjetništva v podravski regiji: analiza ovir in možnost za razvoj

Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali podjetništvo kot pomemben element gospodarskega razvoja in generiranja delovnih mest. Ugotovili smo, da podjetništvo predstavlja karierno priložnost za posameznike in je ključno gonilo gospodarstva države, pri čemer država igra vitalno vlogo pri ustvarjanju ugodnega poslovnega okolja z ustrezno regulativo. Raziskovali smo podjetniški proces, kjer se posamezniki vključujejo v ustvarjanje in vodenje organizacij z namenom doseganja dobička. Naše ugotovitve kažejo, da je razvoj podjetništva kompleksen proces, ki se odvija v različnih oblikah in kontekstih, odvisno od številnih dejavnikov. Analizirali smo vlogo države v razvoju podjetništva, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na infrastrukturno in finančno podporo ter na politike in predpise, ki lahko ustvarijo ugodno poslovno okolje. Poudarili smo tudi pomen ažurnih informacij o trgu, strankah in industrijskih trendih za uspešno poslovanje podjetij. Posebej smo se posvetili analizi ovir za poslovanje podjetij v Podravski regiji, kot eni izmed statistično najgosteje naseljenih regij v Sloveniji. Ugotovili smo, da se podjetja soočajo z različnimi ovirami, med katerimi so najpogostejše prevelika konkurenca, pomanjkanje kvalificirane delovne sile in pomanjkanje finančnih sredstev. V zaključku diplomskega dela smo poudarili pomen izboljšanja podpornega okolja za podjetja kot ključnega elementa za spodbujanje gospodarske rasti, inovacij in ustvarjanje ugodnega poslovnega okolja.

Title:	The state of etrepreneurship in the podravje region: analysis of obstacles and opportunities for development
Abstract:	In the thesis, we considered entrepreneurship as an important element of economic development and job creation. We found that entrepreneurship represents a career opportunity for individuals and is a key driver of a country's economy, with the state playing a vital role in creating a favorable business environment through appropriate regulation. We investigated the entrepreneurial process where individuals are involved in the creation and management of organizations with the aim of achieving profit. Our findings show that the development of entrepreneurship is a complex process that takes place in different forms and contexts, depending on many factors. We analyzed the role of the state in the development of entrepreneurship, focusing on infrastructural and financial support as well as policies and regulations that can create a favorable business environment. We also emphasized the importance of up-to-date information about the market, customers and industry trends for the successful operation of companies. We have devoted a special attention to the analysis of obstacles for the business operations of companies in the Podravka region, as one of the statistically most densely populated regions in Slovenia. We found that companies face various obstacles, the most common of which are too much competition, a lack of skilled labor and a lack of financial resources. In the conclusion of the thesis, we emphasized the importance of improving the supporting environment for companies as a key element for promoting economic growth, innovation and creating a favorable business environment.
